This photo tour does not make any special sporting demands on the participants. There are short walks and short hikes to the photo locations, but not kilometers of hikes. The high altitude of up to and around 4000 meters over several days, however, can take some getting used to. If you already have experience with it and know how to react at such a high level, this is a great advantage. If you are unsure, please consult your doctor.

For the longer cross-country trips, you need some stamina and stamina.
